We Believe Care Changes Everything. At CDM Caregiving Services, we believe every person deserves to be seen, heard, valued, and treated with dignity regardless of age, ability, diagnosis, or circumstance. We believe home is more than a place. It is where memories live, where relationships grow, and where people should have the opportunity to remain connected to the life they know and love. We believe care should never diminish a person’s independence or dignity. It should strengthen it. And we believe that compassionate care is not simply something we provide. It is something we practice, every day. Who We Are CDM Caregiving Services is a 501c3 nonprofit organization rooted in Vancouver and committed to the people and families of Southwest Washington. Since 1978, we have stood alongside individuals and families navigating aging, disability, dementia, illness, and the everyday challenges that can make living independently more difficult. Today, our work reaches people through in-home caregiving, Adult Day Services, dementia support, respite, and programs that help remove the barriers standing between people and the lives they want to live. What We Do CDM brings care closer to home. Our programs include: - In-Home Care: Compassionate support that helps individuals remain safely and meaningfully connected to their homes and communities - Adult Day Center: A welcoming place where adults can experience connection, activity, support, and purpose while caregivers receive the respite they need - HOPE Dementia Support: Resources, education, connection, and encouragement for people living with memory loss and the people who care for them - Living with Dignity: Practical support that helps address the barriers that can make it difficult for someone to remain safely at home - R U OK: “Are you okay?” keeps isolation and loneliness away from our aging population by providing personal phone calls to check-in on our vulnerable neighbors
