Working at both a large $1B national engineering consulting firm and a small local civil engineering firm provides a breadth of experience encompassing all facets of customer service ranging from large scale national projects to small scale local projects. With over 75 years combined experience managing public and private institutional projects, including numerous state projects, CDA's staff has developed a special understanding of the importance of value, schedule, and delivery.CDA is able to successfully navigate the complex state, local, and county permitting process for all types of state projects.CDA has the technical ability to address the ever changing dynamics of the sediment and stormwater and local permitting requirements, including the latest Green Technology Stormwater Management Best Management Practices (GTBMP's) in conformance to the latest Green Design/LEED requirements. As these issues are critical to schedule, CDA's staff has developed a track record of successfully delivering permit approvals in line with even the most aggressive project schedules and budgets, while providing innovative and environmentally sustainable engineering techniques. Founded in 2006, CDA has grown into a leading civil engineering design firm with 40 residential and commercial development projects and more than 50 institutional-academic projects successfully completed.
