Established in 2018, C&D Industrial Maintenance LLC is an owner-operated, Self-Performing, Certified General Contracting company headquartered in Bradenton, FL with service technicians throughout the Southeastern United States. We are a solution driven company focused on providing our partners with exceptional customer service and quality repairs, at a fair price. We have four operational divisions: Commercial Doors & Loading Dock Equipment, Trash Compactors & Cardboard Balers, Automatic Gates, and Residential Services. Our Field Support Team includes fully stocked service vehicles placed throughout our operation area that remain ready to respond to your repair, service, installation or periodic maintenance needs. We maintain an in-house, on call-staff 24/7 to assist with your facility maintenance needs. C&D Industrial Maintenance is an International Door and Education Association (IDEA) accredited dealer. In 2023 the International Door Association (IDA) ranked C&D the 9'th largest commercial door dealer in the nation. We maintain certifications with the American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers (AAADM) and the Accreditation & Certification Institution (ACI) for Gate Automation Design. In 2021, the company received the Department of Labor’s HIRE Vets Medallion for our focus on supporting our Veteran community. In our short history, we have grown to over fifty (50) employees and have partnered with some of the world's largest retailers, warehouses, logistics companies and manufacturers to provide exceptional service at a fair price.
