CCM Recruiting Information

CCM Recruiting is a national recruiting firm specializing exclusively in behavioral health, including addiction treatment, mental health, and eating disorder treatment. For over a decade, we've helped behavioral health organizations find the people they need to open new facilities, expand into new markets, and build strong, effective teams. We understand that hiring in behavioral health goes beyond finding qualified candidates. Clinical experience, licensure requirements, organizational fit, and hiring timelines all play an important role in building teams that support quality care and long-term growth. **Our Recruiting Services:** • **Executive & Leadership Search:** Connecting organizations with experienced executives, clinical leaders, and operational leadership. • **Facility Launch Recruiting:** Building clinical, medical, admissions, and operational teams for new behavioral health facilities. • **National Expansion & Growth Hiring:** Supporting recruiting needs across multiple facilities, markets, and states. • **Post-Acquisition Integration Recruiting:** Helping organizations maintain leadership continuity and strengthen their teams during ownership transitions. We work with independent treatment providers, multi-location operators, and private equity-backed behavioral health organizations across residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings.
