Since 2002, CCL has supported offshore energy projects by providing experienced personnel across subsea cable installation, testing, commissioning and repair scopes. We specialise in supporting developers, main contractors and cable manufacturers with proven QA/QC representatives, client representatives and testing personnel, including high voltage testing such as resonance testing, across offshore wind, interconnectors and subsea cable repair campaigns. Our focus is on providing reliable, experienced people who integrate quickly and deliver on site, particularly during critical installation and commissioning phases where quality and oversight are key to successful project delivery. Alongside personnel supply, CCL supports projects through specialist testing capabilities, offering a lower-risk, high-value approach during testing and commissioning phases. With a strong network of experienced personnel, CCL supports both short-term requirements and longer-term assignments across Europe and APAC.
