Three assets comprised in the portfolio are located in Italy: the Magna Park in Monticelli (Piacenza), about 60,000 sq m currently leased to Scerni Logistics on behalf of Whirlpool, the G-Park in Pozzaglio (Cremona), about 30,000 sq m leased to Wal-Cor and theMagna Park in Villanterio (close to Pavia, about 35,000 sq m), leased to L'Oréal, for a total GLA of 120,000 sqm of asset under management in Italy.
