Global Fabrication II, LLC is a full service steel fabrication and machine shop located in Picayune, MS whose specialty is custom designed projects. We are the successor of Utility Steel Fabrication who began operations in 1970. Our fabricated products and parts can be found as far away as Singapore and as close as your own town. Our management staff and production capabilities make us your best choice for first step operations or complete fabrication services. During our forty years in business we have successfully completed projects in: - Offshore Oil & Gas - Offshore Crane Industry - Maritime Industry - Aeronautical - Government Bids are prepared from your plans and specifications and include, if necessary, shop drawings, material certifications, welding certifications and testing. Quality is insured by in house inspection and, if requested, by contract laboratories. Our plant is over 80,000 square feet with an under hook height of 40 feet. We have 11 overhead cranes in 15/10/5 ton capacities. We offer multi-hole line boring and surface milling to custom pin manufacturing. We employ a full time quality control staff and our company has extensive experience with AWS codes, API standards, ISO standards and ASTM standards. We have full sandblasting and painting capabilities which enables us to provide a completely finished product to our clients.
