We are an independent legal and tax firm founded in 1985, deeply rooted both nationally, with 4 offices in Italy (Milan, Rome, Padua, and Venice), and internationally, with an office in Munich and relationships with over 200 law firms worldwide. Since 2023, we have adopted an organizational and governance model aligned with the principles of shared leadership and involved participation. With over 100 professionals, including tax accountants and lawyers, we provide personalized assistance to a diversified target audience, including entrepreneurs, multinational companies, and foreign investment funds; we ensure balanced gender representation and adequate seniority levels within our teams.
