Cay Building Co. Information

At the start of each project or client development, we generate a total immersion phase into the client's needs, allowing us to identify potential factors that could be impacted by innovative construction technologies that provide speed, cleanliness, and quality, with direct results in profitability and environmental benefits. We execute the project with a proactive discipline of programming, quantified in man-days vs. areas, to identify and enhance specific situations in advance. This is why our corporate essence is deeply rooted in the maximization of resources and effective scheduling in execution. Twenty years of working abroad with the most demanding construction companies in the world have allowed us to validate our business model time and time again, resulting in our clients becoming allies in the development of our company, and we, in theirs, on a continuous basis.
