The challenge is not the lack of data, but that it is fragmented, inconsistent, and not directly usable in real production environments. Cavosh addresses this gap by structuring published and internal data into a system tied to real process variables. We translate literature into tool-specific boundary conditions such as pressure, power, gas ratios, temperature, and material system constraints. This is not a literature review. It is a normalization and constraint-mapping layer that makes cross-paper data comparable and usable. We work with incomplete data and make limitations explicit. The output is not a recipe, but a constrained, physics-consistent starting window that allows teams to begin DOE within realistic ranges. The result is fewer iterations, reduced machine time, and faster convergence. Every output is traceable back to source data, with clear visibility into assumptions and limits.
