Tom originally started in 1977 and Doug partnered with him in 1995 after graduating from Stony Brook University with a degree in Business Administration. Cavallo Building was incorporated in 2001. Specializing in high quality projects, Our work can be found from Southampton to Montauk, as well as the north shore of Suffolk County. Cavallo Building has built over 3O new homes ranging in size from 2,000 square feet to 15,000 square feet. The homes which they have built are a mix of speculative homes for sale and custom ones built for clients. In addition to new homes, Cavallo Building has completed many custom extensions and renovations. These range from in size from kitchens and bathrooms to large additions. Cavallo Building is a full service company that works with several different architects, designers and real estate professionals to ensure the right fit for their clients. Doug and Tom Cavallo are personally on every job overseeing and coordinating the project. They have a full time staff of carpenters and sub contractors that have worked for them for many years, ensuring the reliability and quality of the work force. about-2
