JOE was founded in Copenhagen in 2002 and has grown to +400 stores across the globe with more than 4.000 employees worldwide. Sticks’n’Sushi was founded in March 1994, by brothers Jens and Kim Rahbek and Thor Andersen. Taking inspiration from their half-Japanese, half-Danish background, they created a unique cuisine that combines two culinary traditions. This made Sticks’n’Sushi a dynamic and innovative force on the Danish gourmet scene. Attracting both families and trendsetters, Sticks’n’Sushi is known for making the fashionable, friendly and affordable. Today we have 30 restaurants. 12 in Denmark, 15 in the UK and 3 in Berlin, as well as a Central Kitchen. We are more than 1,400 employees - all carefully recruited based on our belief in employing people with big smiles and small egos.

”To succeser - Ét Lagkagehus” I 2008 skabte Ole Kristoffersen og Steen Skallebæk i fællesskab Lagkagehuset, som vi kender det i dag. De havde hver især drevet succesfulde bagerforretninger i mere end 15 år – Ole i København og Steen i Haderslev. De to mødtes omkring en fælles passion for at udbrede bedre bagværk til danskerne. Siden er mange nye Lagkagehuse kommet til, men den kompromisløse oplevelse er stadig omdrejningspunktet. Vi har i dag et stærkt koncept, som udover det gode brød, unikke smagsoplevelser, flotte indbydende butikker, er kendetegnet ved vores smilende, hjælpsomme og dygtige medarbejdere. Lagkagehuset er den lokale bager – lige meget hvor i landet vi ligger. Vi tilpasser os den efterspørgsel og de traditioner, som er i de enkelte landsdele. Vores signaturprodukter kan selvfølgelig findes i alle vores butikker.
