The Caux Scholars Program (CSP) is a four-week summer and a three-week winter peacebuilding institute of Initiatives of Change USA for young leaders, aged 21-35. The program offers a learning experience in conflict transformation, peacebuilding, principled leadership, restorative and transitional justice, taking place at Caux, Switzerland and Asia Plateau, India. CSP introduces and hones skills in students that are vital to becoming peacebuilders in every facet of their lives. This includes not only conflict analysis, resolution, prevention, and negotiation but also deeper delving into the role and responsibility of the individual in conflict transformation. The cornerstone of CSP's curriculum accentuates the need for personal transformation in order to find true reconciliation and sustainable solutions to conflicts. CSP utilizes global relationship networks to build global and regional webs of young leaders who work in solidarity to support each other as they confront challenges in their communities and in their personal lives once returning to their communities of origin.
