The people at the core of Causeway Interactive have been working in, with, and around the nonprofit sector over the past 10 years because we believe passionately that mission-driven organizations are a critical part of society. The ever-increasing and improving field of web-based platforms and online services presents a new realm of possibilities for nonprofits. These tools substantially improve a nonprofit's ability to organize campaigns and volunteers, communicate with their supporters, and connect with new communities. Despite the crucial role nonprofits play in our society and the potential for technology to boost their impact, they lag behind other types of organizations in the adoption and effective use of technology. We believe some of the reasons for this are as easy to list as they are to fix. We bring a wide range of services together to meet the common – and uncommon – needs of nonprofits whose mission and aspirations should be assisted, not restrained, by technology. We feel the nonprofit sector is in need of a strong technology partner that can provide cohesive and coherent advice, and the implementation and support services to match.
