Causera is a social fundraising company that helps nonprofit groups run innovative fundraising programs that leverage their community's social graph and provide a value-added service. In a very short amount of time, Causera has been widely adopted by schools, foundations, universities, alumni groups and civc organizations including UC Davis, Hillsborough School Foundation, Scotts Valley Educational Foundation, International School of the Peninsula, Palo Alto schools, Burlingame schools, San Jose schools, San Francisco schools, Cupertino schools, Vacaville Public Education Foundation, Davis schools, Sacramento schools, and many many more. What started as a way to make fundraising easier for our kids' schools has now become a bigger platform for all types of nonprofit organizations - political, scouting, sororities, alumni groups, dance groups who are all feeling the economic pinch and volunteer fatigue. Along the way, we have established partnerships with hundreds of businesses - local and national, and have realized that we are also changing the way they target and acquire new audiences.
