Cauldron Group is focused on Cultural Asset and Risk Management and is the holding company for among others, Cauldron Capital (Culture Analysis & Advisory), TheraCorp (Behavioural Risk Management) and CultSure (Talent Risk Management). Cauldron Capital, which through the IntraView framework analyzes organizational culture on an ongoing basis, offers insight to the dynamics of culture which affect company performance. Our framework allows leaders to pin-point the origin of cultural misalignment, identify trends in employee experience and act on cultural nuances before they become destructive to the business. TheraCorp and CultSure, our two other subsidiaries offer complimentary services, yet can also stand alone based on specific client needs.
