Cathrx is an innovative Australian medical device company engaged in the development of minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic electrophysiology catheters, used in the treatment of debilitating, and potentially lethal, cardiac arrhythmias. On the back of our extensive and continually growing patent portfolio, we have developed the world's first range of reposable diagnostic and ablation catheters. The introduction of truly reusable catheter technology will improve the care afforded patients by making prohibitively expensive procedures more accessible, and significantly reduce the environmental footprint of electrophysiology procedures. We believe that our technology platform removes many of the technical limitations associated with conventional single use catheters. With this, we envisage the development of new and exciting next generation technologies to advance the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.
