Catapooolt’s main focus has been on growth of startups since a long time now - Here’s a list of things that we have done so far: Till date, we have supported over 100+ entrepreneurial ventures and have raised over INR 300 Lakhs for them through participation of more than 4500+ contributors through a non-equity, rewards based crowdfunding model. Catapooolt is also credited with bringing various innovative event formats in India - to support both the process of crowdfunding per se as well as support innovations. Some of these include: - India's first ever series of offline crowdfunding events - which were held in 4 cities - India's first ever crowdfunding powered hunt for innovative ideas - the Catapooolt Changemakers Challenge - has already conducted its two seasons. These are pan-India series of events, which were conducted in association with The Economic Times and supported by Pricewaterhouse Coopers and over 40 startup ecosystem partners. In our second season, which concluded in October - we raised over 30 Lakhs to support 32 startups through 2000 contributors. The event also saw us registering in Asian Book of World Records, as launching highest number of crowdfunding campaigns in a single day. - We recently partnered with NASSCOM to oraganise first of its kind crowdfunding initiative for Gaming startups at the NASSCOM Game Conclave 2017. 3. Catapooolt was recently awarded as India's best crowdfunding platform for creative entrepreneurs at Indywood Festival, Hyderabad.
