Catalyst Urban Development is a multi-faceted real estate company involved in the planning, finance, development, and asset management of class A multifamily and mixed-use properties in Texas. We focus on creating Great Places as defined by the quality of experience, market appeal, and economic return our communities deliver. This combination of expertise has resulted in Catalyst’s leading portfolio of market and affordable residential, mixed-use, student and transit-oriented developments that have received multiple awards from national, state and local industry groups including ULI, NDC, NAHB and others. Along the way since 2009, we have collaborated with over 60 public and private entities, procured over $3.0B in debt and equity across 200+ transactions, have developed $250M in class A development, and are currently executing $250M in development focused on urban regeneration and suburban retrofit through public/private, HUD and conventional financing. And in accomplishing these things, we draw upon customized solutions that are aligned to both our in-house and limited partner’s needs through the management of our portfolio.
