Catalyst Group is a Jeddah-based management firm established to build, launch and manage specialized real estate, mortgage finance and SME related platforms. Catalyst was founded in 2009 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD). Catalyst has been engaged by governments and leading private sector institutions to develop and oversee platforms and projects exceeding $400 million. Catalyst operates two main business areas - Financial Platforms and Real Estate Development Services. Financial Platforms performs a myriad of financial technical advisory solutions for the mortgage and SME finance sectors. Real Estate Development Services manages large scale real estate developments on behalf of project sponsors, investors and land owners. Its services cover the entire lifecycle of a real estate project from planning to design, to finance, and through the execution and delivery of the project.
