Catalyst Co-Labs is a global co-creation social enterprise built on a straightforward premise: the right people, working on a precisely defined challenge, produce outcomes — not just talk or reports that sit on shelves. Our intensive virtual co-creation sessions connect hand-picked global experts with organizations ready to accelerate their impact. For organizations with the ambition to scale their impact, and in some cases to contribute to systems change, a Co-Lab moves faster and reaches further than traditional consultative approaches — ending not with a document, but with new relationships, actionable strategies, and collaborators who carry the work forward. We recruit 30 hand-picked experts — practitioners, researchers, sector leaders, and people with lived experience from 41+ countries — drawn from Catalyst NOW, Ashoka, Schwab Foundation, Skoll, Echoing Green, and other global networks. Two intensive 90-minute sessions. Concrete outcomes: new relationships, funding pathways, and open-sourced solutions.
