Catalysis LLC Information

We are coaches, facilitators, and planners serving mission-driven leaders and social impact organizations. We work across three main areas driving Leadership Transformation, Organizational Excellence, and Community and Social Impact. Our background spans arts, environment, museums, social service, STEM education, and volunteer program design, with clients ranging from healthcare and research institutions to nonprofits, corporations, and the public sector. We provide leadership coaching and team retreats, strategic planning and organizational change, meeting and workshop facilitation, and employee/community volunteering program development. Founded in 2011, Catalysis is a COBID-certified Oregon WBE (#8722) based in Portland, Oregon.
