As Texas’ Largest Specialty Coffee Roaster, Katz Coffee has built its name on doing things the right way: sourcing exceptional beans from trusted farms around the world and roasting them in small batches for bold flavor, a clean finish, and energy that actually shows up when you need it. From early mornings to race day adrenaline, our coffee is made to keep pace. Texas is where we started, but it’s not where we stopped. Today, our coffee reaches coast to coast, and our presence in the motorsports world continues to grow with partners who value authenticity, craft, and community. At the end of the day, we believe coffee should stand for something. That’s why we roast with purpose, serve with passion and always strive to grow together.

We are NEKO: A Cat Cafe. Our mission is to put a smile on your face and a cat on your lap all while helping out cats that need us most. Inspired by the cat cafe culture of Japan, NEKO is a fun and unique space that brings humans and cats together. We partner with shelters across the country to help cats who are Feline Leukemia positive and find them FURever homes. NEKO was founded by Caitlin Unsell and Cory James who after spending 2 years living in Sapporo, Japan came back to Seattle, WA with a dream of opening their own cat cafe. We are always looking to broaden our NEKO pride.
