Castle Associates is a National company based in Nottingham est in Sept 2008. We are an employment law company specialising on the internal process and have gained a national profile for acting for both employers and employees. For employers, we are ‘poachers become game keepers’ providing a practical and cost effective Outsourced HR service supplying bespoke policies and procedures needed by the company as well as carrying out independent investigations and chairing hearings and appeals. We provide a range of HR training that has been accredited by the National Skills council. For employees, we provide professional trade union representatives to accompany you to any internal meetings and our representatives have often stopped disciplinary action in its tracks as well as successfully gaining reinstatement for employees after being dismissed. The Law entitles any employee to be accompanied by a trade union official and you do not need to be a member of the union.
