Castlab is a start-up that significantly reduces the lead time of metal prototypes, obsolete parts, spare parts and (small- and medium) series. Castlab delivers the required number of spare parts and obsoletes within 10 working days, meeting the required product specifications and certifications. In its strategy Castlab combines the use of modern techniques such as 3D print, 3D scan and casting simulation software, with years of experience, craftmanship and in-depth knowledge of casting production techniques, alloys and materials. This results in a development process which helps the client with the (re)design, prototyping, (reverse) engineering, topology optimization and the required production, tooling, assembly and (digital) warehousing.
