Casting Cleaning Resources, LLC Information

Casting Cleaning Resources launched in 1992 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Initially offering chip & grind services to firms like Navistar and Cummins, they rapidly expanded, adding nozzle blast and bore scope services to guarantee quality for their clients. By 1994, the firm broadened its foundry services, establishing a new base in Waterloo, Iowa, under the name Premier Casting Services. Along with chip & grind services, Premier introduced mag check, weld repair, degate of castings, and pre-machine qualification for castings. From 1994 onwards, Casting Cleaning Resources inaugurated three more facilities. These sites in Mapleton, Illinois (2011), Greenwood, South Carolina (2019), and Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin (2022) undertook chip & grind assignments for major names like Caterpillar and John Deere, among others.
