Casteller's overarching purpose is to facilitate the spread of financial inclusion globally by enabling access to local employment opportunities and fairly priced financial services. Our first product is an open employment marketplace / network where employers and local candidates can connect directly. The primary focus is the low-skilled, low-income workforce. We are mobile-first, and believe monetization of FinTech enabled user-services is the most sustainable and effective way to serve this vast audience (and not intermediation plays such as job boards or staffing cos that take a % of worker paycheck).
