Organization: Castaway Construction & Restoration (CC&R) is a growing organization with a determined work ethic and an ambition to be recognized as one of the top performing contractors in the State of Hawaii. Established in 2009 by president and owner Loren R. Osborn, CC&R’s work to date has been stamped by quality performance on the jobsite and superior finished product with no hidden costs and minimal delays. Acting as both general and subcontractor, CC&R has built up an impressive resume of successful projects of all varieties, including ground up residential, design-build restoration, commercial tenant improvements and public works contracting. With over 25 years in the construction industry, President Loren Osborn draws on a wide berth of experience in directing CC&R’s approach to all projects. Safety, quality and exceptional service have been trademarks of Loren’s work through the years and have become the mantra of Castaway Construction and Restorations operations.
