We currently supply 84 of the UK's top 200 hotels as listed by the AA, as well as restaurants and catering organisations. We make a range of exclusive and individually tailored products for each hotel, restaurant, business or property. Our specialities are petit fours in a range of pralines and ganache in milk and plain chocolate, made with fresh cream and butter and pate de fruits made from natural fruit purees.
