Case Management, Inc. (CMI) was founded in June 1990 to provide outpatient case management services to the mentally ill in the Memphis and Shelby County area. The organization is a private, non-profit 501(c)3 governed by a volunteer board of directors. Our board of directors is comprised of mental health consumers, family members and advocates. Through merger and acquisition, the organization has experienced tremendous growth to become one of the largest community mental health centers in West Tennessee. We provide a full array of behavioral health services to both adults and children, to include medication management, counseling and therapy, A&D services, housing services, on-site pharmacy services, and always consumer advocacy. CMI is licensed by the state of TN Dept of Mental Health & Developmental Disabilities, and by the State Department of Health.
