Having started in the apparel industry as Jinadasa Garments, the Group was re-branded as CaSE Group in 2016 following a strategic redirection. Currently, CaSE Group operates in 04 industry sectors: Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Logistics, and Strategic Investment. CaSE Real Estate sector currently owns and manages over 200,000 sqft. of modern office space in central Colombo and suburbs. Featured with expansive parking space, these properties continue to have a 100% occupancy rate. Further expansions are expected in this sector with continued large-scale capital investments. With an equal pace of progress, the Renewable Energy sector is involved in the development of mini-hydropower projects while contributing towards promoting green energy in the country. The Strategic Investment sector of the group is focused on providing seed capital to startups while being involved in joint ventures and business acquisitions.
