Casco Development & Partners Inc (CD&P) is a vertically integrated RE development company based in Panama, backed by Private Capital focussed on revitalizing historical neighborhoods in capital cities of Central and South America. Our model revolves around the acquisition and development of RE assets /land in capital cities of Latin America, in areas adjacent to historic centers that have recently been redeveloped and/or restored. Our geographical focus relies in countries with positive and sustainable growth of population and gdp. The confinement to historical center helps us anticipate the natural subsequent urbanization development of the city. Its competitive advantage comes from its knowledge and focus on selected niche markets with high growth potential and on its ability to plan its strategy reflecting its view on the evolution of market prices and rentals in the determined area. The strength of the approach is determined by the strategic selection and implementation of real estate development opportunities with a defined concept and branding strategy in markets with limited competition, limited supply, consistent and sustainable demand. Current focus Santa Ana in Panama City, over 70,000 sqm under development/construction.
