Cascade Information

Cascade East Anglia facilitates support, care and ongoing treatment for people with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Service users may also present with distressed and challenging behaviour and or complex needs. We believe strongly in education, positive behavioural support and the role of meaningful community activity in our model of care. At Cascade service users are empowered to take control of their own lives as much as possible with the appropriate amount of support on hand should difficulties arise. Care plans are individualised and person centred using the Outcomes Star models to monitor and evaluate progress. Cascade aims to nurture and guide service users along a pathway from residential to supported living and on to true independent community living.
