Caryatid LLC offers life-cycle real estate consulting services from development of portfolio and workplace strategies, program management and stakeholder engagement support through move in. We are a small, woman-owned company with a passion for data-driven solutions. Improvements to portfolio or facility utilization are recommended in the dual context of optimizing the real estate asset AND enriching the employee workplace experience. Every engagement promotes the occupier’s ability to leverage their real estate to enhance the workplace in service to the organization’s mission and vision. Our Story Caryatid’s founders worked together at the largest California utility company, applying their technical experience as architects, project managers and real estate strategists to the management of a major real estate program. This strategic real estate program will transform the utility company’s workplace experience and optimize the real estate portfolio. Our partners have worked on every side of the development experience; we have been designers, builders, project/portfolio managers and owners! Recommendations for best value and ROI include an objective analysis of the opportunity to right size the real estate, recommendations to lease/own/dispose, development of a prioritized capital plan AND considering the real estate strategy as an extension of the organization's brand.
