Carvel Electric was founded on a dream - one shared by a father and his two sons while driving a single truck across town (the company's namesake hamlet in Alberta) to offer electrical repairs and services. The dream was creating opportunities for Indigenous people to better their lives. Today, that dream has been realized through the unique vision and beliefs upheld by all members of the organization.
