The founder, Chris Carruthers, took briefs from CEOs, sat with hiring managers to decide who made the shortlist, and worked through the politics of senior hires with HR, boards and the C-suite. He ran mandates for Shell, HSBC, Google, Microsoft, LVMH, GE and many others, working with 90+ of the world's top 100 companies, placing executives across the Middle East, Africa and much of Europe. After reviewing 25,000+ CVs and LinkedIn profiles he knows what makes a recruiter stop scrolling and what gets skipped, and that perspective sits behind everything we do. What we offer doesn't fit neatly into CV writing or career coaching, though elements of both are part of it. What we do is show you how the market sees you, build what you need to change that, and make sure you're positioned whether you need to move today or want to be ready when the time comes.
