Carr comes from an extensive culinary background, bringing his talent from Lancaster Country Club and Bent Creek Country Club. We will surprise and delight your taste buds at our restaurant located in a former department store (Hagers). Tucked away on a side street less than a block from the center of Lancaster city. The building is on the national register of historic places. Carr, who is a proud Lancaster County native, offers a menu which is simple, direct, yet fine-edged, with respect for local suppliers of fresh meats, vegetables, fruit and fowl. Our offerings are best described as an eclectic combination of flavorful dishes, with regional tastes still dictating slight variations.
