When delivering mail, your letter carrier will check to see that it is picked up from your mailbox. Should the letters pile up, even for one day, your carrier will summon help. When you enroll, you will designate reliable emergency contacts. Failing to reach any of these contacts, the CarrierLink staff will notify an appropriate agency to check on you. All information you provide is confidential. You do not have to be a member of any health plan in order to participate. All adults with disabilities and seniors are welcome to enroll. The only requirement is an exterior mailbox (no mail slots). How Much Does It Cost? CarrierLink is FREE to those who wish to participate.
