We have placed over 33,000 teachers and administrators in independent schools since 1977. CS&A works to fill thousands of teaching and administrative openings at hundreds of K-12 schools each year. Our personal and professional placement services are free to the job-seeking candidate. Teaching certification not required, although candidates will need at least a Bachelor’s degree pertaining to their desired subject area. --The Retained Search Group has over 500 years of combined independent school experience.
