15 years ago l entered the coaching profession. 12 years ago l set up Butterfly Coaching & Training. I took some time to check in on how l am currently working. Butterfly Coaching & Training no longer represented the type of work l am involved in. I have created a new website that l feel is me on a page, an integration of all the different hats l wear and roles l am involved in from my voluntary work, strategic partnerships and all the wonderful clients who l have connected with. My key mission is to focus on coaching that progresses and retains your talented people. Many organisations lose their talent when people struggle to thrive. This loss comes as a significant financial, cultural and commercial cost which has an expodential ripple effect impacting trust, relationships and leadership confidence. To support this challenge l provide a range of services that enable your talent to thrive, grow and be the best version of themselves, working at an individual, group or organisational level.
