My wife and I have been going to Cozumel for 14 years. We got to know Rigo when he was a young man at the dive company we used. Rigo is very experienced in all areas of activities that you may desire to pursue while on vacation in Cozumel. You will be treated like family and feel like you made a new friend with Rigo. I completely trust and highly recommend him. Went on a snorkeling tour with Rigo Oo Caribbean Expeditions today. What I can say is they have the very best customer service you could ask for. Reservations were made from the states very easy, very quick to respond. Contacted us before our trip just to see if we had questions. Contacted us again to make sure all was well and times were still ok. Text the morning of to verify times and another text to tell us boat was on the way. They picked us up at our resort (nice). Robert was our captain Manuel our scuba guide. Both Awesome!! Seas were rough today ( Mother Nature has a mind of her own)but they were amazing at letting us do what we could. Beautiful scenery, lots of fish best part turtle!!! I would highly recommend these guys for any excursion your looking into. Thanks Robert and Manuel for the fun day and especially helping me get in and out of the water ™™. I may not have been the most coordinated lol. I went snorkeling with Caribbean Expeditions and had so much fun, I wish that I did more activities with them. Seeing the reefs, the clear water and the beautiful fish was well worth the trip, and the staff was so friendly. Thank you for making this an unforgettable experience!
