CaribAlgae Information

The world continues to emit high amounts of CO2 while we are nowhere near reaching our climate goals. There is now more than ever a need for a clean form of energy, so the world can stop using fossil fuels. CaribAlgae produces biofuel from algae biomass grown in local wastewater and flue gasses on Curaçao. With the production of this biofuel, CO2 is converted into sustainable energy, at the same time improving the local living conditions and protecting the coral reefs. CaribAlgae offers an excellent alternative to fossil fuels and thus contributes to a cleaner world!
