The IFRS Foundation was created in 2001 to develop standards used globally forfinancial reporting that improve the communication between companies and investors. We are a not-for-profit organisation founded on the belief that better information from companies leads to better investment decisions. Our standards boost transparency, comparability and trust in financial reporting.
IFRS® Accounting Standards and IFRS® Sustainability Disclosure Standards are set by our two independent standard-setting boards, the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB)and the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), using a rigorous,inclusiveand transparentdue process. More than 140jurisdictionsrequire use of IFRS Accounting Standards and almost40jurisdictions around the world are also starting to use IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards, issued in 2023.
The IFRSFoundationTrusteesare responsible for organisational strategy, governance and oversight of the IASB and the ISSB, and are accountable to a Monitoring Board of public authorities.

The American Mathematical Society is dedicated to advancing research and connecting the diverse global mathematical community through our publications, meetings and conferences, MathSciNet, professional services, advocacy, and awareness programs.
The Society has nearly 30,000 individual members and 570 institutional members in the United States and around the world. Programs and services for AMS members and the mathematical community include professional programs such as meetings and conferences, surveys, employment services; publications including Mathematical Reviews (a database of over 3.3 million items covering 78 years of mathematics literature), journals, and over 3,000 books in print; support for Young Scholars Programs and the Mathematical Moments program of the Public Awareness Office; resources such as MR Lookup for researchers and authors; and a Washington office that connects the mathematical community with the broader scientific community and with decision makers who determine science funding.
