Careva exists for the independent operators who are doing exceptional work, but carrying more of the administrative, compliance, and operational burden than they should be. We give independent operators (such as physiotherapists, behaviour support specialists, occupational therapists, and more) access to a registered provider structure, centralised support, and a network of like-minded professionals. So they can focus on what they're actually there to do: delivering high quality, meaningful care to the people who need it. Whether you're a support coordinator, a behaviour support practitioner, an occupational therapist, or any other allied health professional working in the NDIS space, Careva is built around one idea: that independent operators deserve the same infrastructure as large providers, without losing the freedom that makes them effective.
