CareTutor delivers interactive eLearning, learning management systems and funded leadership development for health, social care and childcare providers across the UK. Our library includes over 100 CPD-accredited courses developed with subject matter experts from across the sector, combining professional video, animation and scenario-based learning to create practical, engaging training that supports compliance and workforce capability. We also design bespoke eLearning with organisations, creating courses around their services, policies, procedures and clinical requirements. Bespoke content can be hosted through CareTutor or exported for use on other LMS platforms. Our Pathway LMS makes training and compliance easier to manage, with learning pathways, reporting, compliance dashboards and tools that give leaders clear visibility of workforce development. Alongside eLearning, we deliver Skills for Care leadership programmes and regular educational webinars, helping providers strengthen management capability, develop their workforce and access available funded development opportunities. We continue to invest in new approaches to learning, including AI-supported course creation, multilingual learning and tools designed to help organisations embed learning into everyday practice.
