CareTutor Information

CareTutor helps care homes, domiciliary care, supported living, complex care, healthcare and childcare providers across the UK develop their teams through practical, engaging learning. Our CPD-accredited eLearning combines professional video, animation and realistic scenarios to help staff build knowledge and apply learning in their work. Our Pathway learning management system helps providers assign and track training, create learning pathways and access reporting and compliance dashboards across their services. For group learning, we offer streaming scenario-based training videos to support facilitated discussions and reflection on care practice. TeamTalk provides structured team learning sessions with discussion prompts, facilitator guidance and learning records. We also deliver Skills for Care funded leadership courses, including Lead to Succeed, Well-led and Leading Change, Improving Care, alongside educational webinars. Eligible adult social care employers in England may access LDSS reimbursement for eligible training, subject to scheme conditions and available funds. Funding is not guaranteed. For organisations with specific learning needs, we design bespoke eLearning around their services, policies and procedures, for delivery through CareTutor or other LMS platforms.
