Carely is a research and consulting firm specializing in the collection, analysis, and exploitation of real-world data, particularly in rare diseases. Through innovative protocols, we integrate patient and clinician practices, pharmacist support, as well as dynamic registries enriched by AI and patient applications. Real-world data is essential for identifying unmet medical needs, reducing diagnostic error, complementing clinical trials, harmonizing practices, optimizing care coordination, and improving the quality of life of patients and their families. It also provides leverage for evaluating the effectiveness and appropriate use of treatments, negotiating with health authorities, and strengthening research. The results of our studies, published in peer-reviewed journals, accompany each stage of a health product's life cycle and serve as a starting point for new projects, from design to funding.
