CXL’s humble beginnings started in year 2008 as CareerXcell. We focused on training and placing unemployed graduates to help reduce unemployment rates in the country and ensure our graduates are better equipped to join the workforce. Over the years, the company’s growth led to establishing the contingent workforce division in 2010 to support the rising demand of the gig economy in Malaysia. Armed with years of experience in the HR industry and knowledge in statutory compliance, the payroll and HR outsourcing division was formed in 2012 to provide quality, reliable and affordable solutions to Malaysian businesses. Backed by a team of highly experienced HR professionals, we have placed more than 5,000 candidates, processed over 30,000 payrolls and have a team of more than 1,000 contract and temporary employees that we proudly call the CXL contingent workforce family. These numbers continue to grow as supporting our nation, and its people and businesses continue to take precedence in all that we do. The Executive Search Division is an exciting new addition to the CXL family. With a unique recruitment methodology, this Division provides bespoke recruitment solutions designed specifically to cater to business needs in this time of age.
