CareerReady Information

CareerReady is a youth workforce development nonprofit serving Palm Beach County. Formerly known as Suits for Seniors, our mission has always been rooted in preparing high-achieving, under-resourced high school seniors for success beyond graduation. Through leadership development, financial literacy, mentorship, and professional exposure, CareerReady connects education to employment. Our programs support students as they move from the classroom into college, careers, and community leadership, while strengthening local talent pipelines for employers and partners across the region. We believe that when students are prepared, connected, and supported early, the outcomes extend far beyond a single milestone. The CareerReady Difference • 85% high school graduation rate • 99% college enrollment rate • 85% college completion rate These outcomes significantly outperform Florida averages and outcomes for at-risk students, demonstrating what’s possible when preparation, access, and partnership align. CareerReady works in close collaboration with schools, employers, and civic leaders to ensure students gain real-world exposure, understand professional expectations, and are positioned to thrive in high-wage, high-demand career pathways. Our work is not about one moment or one event. It’s about building readiness that lasts and creating opportunities that carry forward. Learn. Earn. Thrive.
