Career Launch Path (CLP) bridges the gap between education and employment by helping schools, communities, workforce organizations, and employers build career pathways that lead to meaningful careers. Our end-to-end model focuses on three core areas: BUILD We design workforce-aligned pathways, apprenticeships, and career-connected learning systems that respond to real industry demand. LAUNCH We help organizations implement programs with students, educators, employers, and community partners, turning ideas into action. PLACE We connect participants to work-based learning, apprenticeships, employment opportunities, and long-term career success. Unlike organizations that focus on only one part of the talent pipeline, CLP provides end-to-end support to build, launch, and place talent into careers. Our work spans workforce development, apprenticeships, employer engagement, career pathway design, K-14 alignment, and systems-level consulting. The gap between school and work is wide.
