Careerflex was founded to support displaced retail employees following a reduction in force (RIF). We achieve this by offering an agile, web-based platform that is specifically designed to offset traditional outplacement hurdles. Convenient, comprehensive, and cost-effective, CareerFlex prepares employees for their next chapter while helping employers get the most out of a closing event. Following the successful launch and implementation of our outplacement site, we decided to take it one step further. This is when CareerFlex Hiring was born. Thanks to our unique position among retailers, liquidators, and staff, we are able to proactively connect hiring companies with an outstanding pipeline of retail talent. We work closely with exceptional employees who may have been laid off (through no fault of their own) and are now eager to perform at the same high level with a new employer. Our purpose is centered on supporting people; helping dedicated and reliable employees, as well as the companies they worked for through some of the most challenging times.
